About the Artist
Kevin Christison is an accomplished figurative sculptor and designer. His works grace many prestigious public and private collections, including the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. He moved his studio practice from San Francisco to Thailand following his tenure as a Fulbright Scholar in sculpture at Silpakorn University in Bangkok. He was commissioned by the Aldrin Family Foundation to design and produce the impressive recycled glass and gold-gilded awards given to space legends at three Apollo anniversary gala events at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex.
