French artist Erol, exclusively for Cassiom and Aldin Art Space, has created LUNA, highlighting the texture and selenite surface using data from the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter. Perfect reproductions of the Moon – with all its craters, faults, mountains and seas. The technical definition of the surface of the globe is calculated numerically, with data provided by NASA. The file resolution is 50 million points, one point for every kilometre and the landforms have been exaggerated three times.
